Lasse Viren was only here as a freshman

in 1969-70, but won Olympic gold in 5000 and 10000 meter runs in both 1972 and 1976. Not sure, but he may have also ran a marathon in there also. 4 gold medals is really special.
Also Ralph Mann set world record multiple times in the 400 intermediate hurdles.
