Fredericks ran a sub 20 second 200 at age 34
So far the oldest sprinter to do so. He was a phenomenal athlete with a long and decorated track career. He has the second most sub 20 second 200s ever behind Bolt.

He always looked like a toothpick compared to the guys he was running against. One of the best sprint technicians ever. He has also said that he was equally as good at soccer but couldn't get out of Namibia with soccer. His track times were the hard evidence he needed to get a scholarship to an American university. He became the first collegiate to win the 100/200 from somewhere other than North America.
