and you approach two cars in the middle and left lanes is it legal to pass on the right?

speed limit is 75, middle lane is going 70mph, left lane is going 73mph and you're driving 75mph, is it legal to pass the two already not in your lane?

That law only applies to single lane roads... two lane roads and highway/freeway
