Hard Core Stats nerdery inside...........

There are really only two players on the team with a shot at making a serious dent in the BYU record book - TJ and Yoeli. Here is where they are currently on pace to finish relative to some of the more prestigious career records. (I'm assuming that each will play in about 18 more games this year, although hopefully we get a few more than that. Projections assume they continue for the rest of the year at their current average.

Yoeli:

Scoring - 2,131 points would put him 6th all time. To catch #5, Devin Durrant (2,285), he would need to average 29.4 ppg. To pass the current #6, Russell Larson, he only needs to average 7.2 ppg.  Pretty sure he ends up #6.

Rebounding - 1,153 rebounds will leave him #1 on the BYU career list.  Only needs to average 5.3 rpg for the rest of the year to pass Collinsworth at 1,047

Blocks - 177 Blocks would tie him for #2 all time with Bradley and Hartsock.  To catch leader Greg Kite at 208, he would need to average 3.1 per game (could have possibly done it without the bogus suspension.)

TJ

Assists  - 585 Assists would place him second all time.  Needs 4.1 apg to pass Matt Montague.  To pass Collinsworth at #1 (703), would need to average 11.6 apg (so....probably not)

3 Pointers - 244 3's will make him #3 all time.  Needs to average 1 per game to pass Jackson Emery at 230.  Needs to average 2.9 per game to get Tavernari at 265 (maybe if he gets hot), to catch Jimmer at #1, would need 4.7 per game for the rest of the season (now, that would be awesome, but not happening).
