Follow the main water line? Was it plumbed in properly.
If you closed the 2 valves right behind the meter you should still have water.

It looks like it. It's been working fine for 3 years. Anything specific I could see that would indicate otherwise?

It was plumbed for a softener, then installed right after we moved in. We have had it serviced annually so I'd think
