This is the "What if a P5 conference got raided" clause.
Picture this...
It's 2023 and 1) Texas, TT, OU, and OSU go to the PAC, 2) Kansas goes to the B1G, and 3) WV goes to the SEC. The Big 12 would then have only Baylor, TCU, Kansas State, and Iowa State. BYU could join the Big 12 without penalty
