...he seems to play up or down to the level of the competition. Not everyone makes the mental adjustment. We see guys come in who are practice warriors and they have some early success until teams get film on them and figure out their bad habits, weaknesses etc then they get exposed. QB's like Heaps, Nelson and Tanner all looked great early on but once teams got film on them and had time to break them down, exploit their bad habits, etc they didn't progress and in some cases got worse.
