This is so strange. I always say no to all these requests anyway. Why should I

fix stuff on a house I’m getting rid of? Never understood the concept. If the buyer has already fallen in love with the house, they aren’t going to back out over a few repair bills. And they never have.

Also, I keep negotiating with other buyers until all contingencies are gone. Why should I be tied up if the buyer isn’t? That never made any sense to me either.

The disclosure would be the same. You can change your mind on fixing repairs based on each deal. Nothing wrong about
