My take on your rankings is that this is less a ranking of NBA teams based on the last 10 games and more of a ranking of each team's trajectory relative to where they were at the start of the 10 games. Consider how it would change the rankings if you switched OKC's and the Lakers' records going into the last 10 games — I suspect you'd end up switching them in this ranking (the Lakers' win over OKC would suddenly look like a great win).
