Pork Country Style Rib Burnt Ends

Pork burnt ends made from country style ribs are soft and tender in the center with bark covering the outside. Works great as an appetizer or an entree.

I also used these instructions to make pork belly burnt ends. They were recommended to me as something that is better

I agree. I prefer beef burnt end better than the pork belly ones.

Most people do but pork ones are cheaper and much easier to make.

They usually only do burnt ends on Fridays...still good though..I recommend
