Prorated property tax would have been settled at closing. Your portion would have been calculated and credited to their
escrow account at that point in time. You shouldn't have to do anything for that property's taxes.

Your portion was likely pro-rated at closing since the borrower's full tax bill would have been due before his 1st pmt.
