I ordered a suit last year for my daughter's wedding and it came out really nice. I went to their storefront in Austin which is basically just a place to see cloth swatches and get measurements taken. when the suit came in and needed a couple alterations they handled that too.

You don't need to go to one of the stores, as long as you feel comfortable with somebody taking your measurements at home.

I'm planning to order some custom shirts and another suit soon from them.
