1. The stadium was designed for SF, not Santa Clara. It doesn’t have the shade it needs to SC’s sunnier weather.

2. The stadium is 40 miles south of the epicenter of 49er fandom. And getting there through traffic is a nightmare.

3. Ownership screwed the average fan by making it stupid expensive to attend.

Really disappointing when compared to Candlestick.
