My group is not affected by the March-May deadlines, but our division doesn't get it off. We get the Friday before Labor Day off instead. I was just talking about it with a manager and we both prefer it that way. Most of us just took a long vacation for the holidays, so it's too soon for another holiday. We'd rather have it when the weather is better.
