How Will You Measure Your Life - Clayton Christensen. Highly recommend
It applies to both your work life and your family life. The principals applied to be successful in your business life can be applied to your family/social/personal life. It was eye opening some of the correlations he makes throughout the book. It’s definitely a book you can read every few years.
