Yes, it seems they were doing a better job to stay on top of it at the onset
At least from Chinese historical approaches to previous outbreaks. Kinda scary how it’s starting to move and how it’s transmitted. They thought it was just seafood market and that it didn’t spread from human to human. Now that’s been debunked it’s a lot more scary
