The worst part is the uncertainty.
The airlines will never tell you what's going on, just throw up little delays to keep you hanging on, and then suddenly cancelling. That always has me on edge.
My longest flying time ever was from the NE to Santiago, Chile. One problem after another, and the total travel time was 43 hours. What a nightmare.
