Basketball smart. He really, really wants to win. He just hasn't figured out yet that not taking every important shot and every important dribble can lead to wins. Making the extra pass, etc. just isn't something he comprehends. Even when he had Kevin Durant he struggled to give the ball up.

He is an incredible athlete, just not a guy I would want on my team.
