they had a 4th and 15 every time. Most teams would punt, but it would be a lot more interesting. Punter values would also increase.

Just silly. No team should have the ability of getting the ball back after scoring without earning it.

For a single play. I guess they also have the ball on the kickoff, they just have to be able to catch it after 10 yards.
