once ran a trick PAT play against Highland. We snapped the ball to our holder, our kicker ran up to the tee (we could use them back then) and made his usual kicking motion with his right lef. But right before the kicker's leg followed through, the holder, from down in his kneeling position, spun around to his left with the ball, stood up and tossed a 2-pt conversion to our TE who slid out into the endzone. So incredibly simple and yet it worked like a champ. 🙂
