Coordinator jobs require thick skin. A couple of our coaches are super reactive to fan critiques via social media. It's kinda fun to watch but don't think it's super healthy. I think the guy is a good position coach, but needs to either grow a thicker skin or just limit his social media and cougarboard reading to be in a position that would draw a lot more attention and criticism than a WR coach would.
