I have to say that Dave Tippett (and Holland for that matter) have made a huge

difference especially on the defensive end. That was the part that Chiarelli and McLellan could never seem to put together. The trade of Lucic for Neal was perfect also. I could see some movement at the trade deadline as well to improve the team even more.
