I've coached high school basketball for 7 years and played in college for four. I cringe when I hear things like this. Some people handle it better than others but I've seen to many times attitudes develop from this types of comments. I realize everyone has an opinion but keep it to yourself until after they are done playing.
I don't necessary disagree with the statement but keep it to yourself. Like I said I've seen to many attitudes develop from these kind of interactions with players. Hopefully he's mature enough. I think he is but you never know.
