Change the traditional thought process on working for 40 years and retiring at ~65.
I'd encourage myself to work on a 50%+ savings rate to reclaim decades of my life to be able to leave the workforce so much earlier than 65.

I'm doing pretty good now and should have that option in the next ten years, but I think of these early/mid 30 year olds who have accumulated $1M+ at such a young age and I know I could have done that had I been more intentional.
