I do have to joke about it. Every year we have the people who have to make their official proclamations that they don't follow recruiting, or don't want to follow it, or can't handle it... But then they do it anyway, just enough to wait around for something negative to happen so they can complain about how they were right to not follow it because it's all stupid (even though they weren't actually practicing what they preached in the first place).

Whether this is you or not, I'm using this thread as the platform to laugh about those who do this. If everyone who said this actually did what they said, they wouldn't be posting about it because they technically wouldn't know what to post about. Right? 😉
