No. You don’t have to pay income tax on sales of goods unless the goods
cross state boundaries.
I personally make about 20,000 a year buying and selling stuff and I haven’t filed an income tax return in like 30 years, but mostly that is because I am a sovereign citizen. But also because income tax doesn’t apply to the sale of goods online (because of the UCC).
