last week. I finally made them take a day off. Still caught it, but mine started Thursday and I don’t work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. So, terrible weekend for me. Not restful at all. And I get to figure out if I need to go back tomorrow. Just stay away people!
I will say I admire those of you who never get sick. Not sure how you pull it off, but I also have kids who touch every door handle and then seem to l lick their hands right after and I work in a hospital where for whatever reason, every inch of the place seems to be crawling with viruses. I pretty much bathe myself in hand sanitizer and Clorox or Lysol wipes. Doesn’t seem to ever matter.
But those of you who are proud of never missing a day when that includes illnesses that you spread to the rest of us and share how proud you are of yourself for of toughing it out are not doing the rest of us any favors. Stay home.
