Check out these baby trout that I’m raising with my students.
The program is called Trout in the Classroom and it’s the bee’s knees.
We got ~150 fertilized trout eggs from the DWR and will raise them in our chilled tank until they are ready to stock.
Having been a fly fisherman forever and a guide, I’m more stoked than any of my students, but they are super into it too. If you’re a teacher you should look into it.
