Take into account location, cleanliness, and health care standards as I mentioned.
1 person outside Mainland China has died and that was in the Philippines where most places are not any better than China.
For comparison, SARS is a 9.6% mortality rate and Ebola is 50% in West Africa and up to 90% in all of Africa (according to the World Health Org).

It is largely NBD. A decent amount of folks have gotten sick, but the mortality rate isn't crazy and 99.8% of deaths
