Yes, she will still be able to get the bonus. No you cannot tie it to the same
SW account you are currently using. She needs to have her own SW account but with SW cards you can use her points to book flights for anyone so it doesn't really matter. You may be able to transfer SW points between family members but I think there is a fee. You would have to look into that.
