I come to cougarboard for recommendations on all sorts of things, so I think it's a good idea to spread the word when I feel like I've found a product, service or tradesman that exceeds expectations. This guy has come to my home twice now to diagnose and fix a couple of issues that other plumbers didn't have an answer to. He is usually scheduled out a week or so because he's super busy (really doesn't need my recommendation here because he has plenty of business, but I feel like I need to do it anyway), but a few months ago I had an emergency and he recognized it as an emergency and came out at like 7:00 pm and got it fixed. Just a good, honest, extremely knowledgable plumber.
