Dim Sum Kitchen and Chef Gao are most authentic
Whether that means best is subjective to the diner's experience.
I prefer the authentic to others, but King Buffet is pretty good for what it is too.
Also Shoots is decent. Food is always fresh; the owner is a great guy too.
