While it's true that the total number of votes (vs. Merrill's total for example)
is all that matters in the end, you can't ignore the voter fatigue factor. If a person (or group of people) throw in a bunch of votes for someone and don't move the needle at all, they'll quickly give up.

You should still vote for Yoeli, but simultaneously cast a vote for the current two lowest vote-getters. This magnifies the voting power of your vote and requires the opposition to make even more votes to boost their candidate's total by a single tenth.
