All of 'em but a bad alternator.
We had a K5 jimmy that would vapor lock all the time around 8,000ft+ in the summer. That was fun.

My celica did it everytime I went up to Eisenhower tunnel on I-70.

Never ran out of gas, broken belt or vapor lock. I don't remember ever getting locked out either.

All of the above. Plus you can add in fuel pump failure and distributor issues

All but vapor lock and broken belt. Broken belts are for the most part prevent
