I flew a group of 10 with them for two round trips. The first was fine.
On the second trip, my second leg (to Guatemala City) was cancelled after we had already loaded the plane. So a few hundred people all got to (sort of?) sleep on the floor of the Mexico City airport and then re-route the next day via El Salvador.
Not how we wanted to start the trip. Not sure how much of that is on the airline. Just my own experience.
