2nd team:

G Jimmy Butler
F Anthony Davis

C Rudy Gobert

I'd have Lillard on the 1st team instead of Doncic. Butler has split time between SG and SF but I include him here at G (same as you). I put Anthony Davis on here as a F instead of as a C since he has played more minutes at PF than at C, and this also gives us the best possible 2nd team since Gobert would be more deserving than then next best G or F. As for 3rd team I'm not entirely sure who I'd pick Ben Simmons, trae Young, and Chris Paul all in consideration there for the Guard spots. Khris Middleton probably included and could be listed as either Guard or Forward. Bam Adebayo deserves consideration at either F or C. Other considerations for C include KAT and Hassan Whiteside. Probably wouldn't have KAT there yet, though, due to how many games he's missed. Jayson Tatum also in discussion for 3rd team. However, I think the first 2 teams are pretty clear cut right now with the above players.
