I have t-mobile. It's OK.
I generally have pretty good service.

There are weird places that I don't - like when I go into the local Smith's Marketplace, or there's a couple of odd places around SLC where I'll drop calls for some reason.

I do some camping with friends and family - and I've noticed that it isn't uncommon for them to have service in areas where I don't have it. Then again - when I'm camping I'm pretty happy to be without service most of the time.

I'd say I'm satisfied with the service for the cost. But their "No one has better nationwide coverage" ads are garbage.

I've got family that have moved to Mint for cell phones. They tell me is uses the t-mobile network and is even less expensive - but that's due in part to the fact that you pay in advance and purchase several months service at a time (up to a year). But it might be worth looking at.
