How are we supposed to compete with P5 when we’re not even close to bottom P5 money? Even with lower TV money we bring in as much or more Total Revenue as many P5 programs. I get that we’re never going to pay what the top P5 programs pay, and I’m okay with that coaching contracts of Saban and the like are insane! But we’ve got to be on Par with mid or even lower P5 coaching pay if we’re going to attract and keep solid coaches.

For example, some of our best Options for future coaches/coordinators are at UVA but we’re never going to get them to leave the security and success they are having there if we don’t Pay them well, period.
