Does that mean SMC needs to lose twice to slip to the #4 seed?
It looks likely for Pacific and SMC to finish with the same conference record, but SMC wins the tiebreak because they split with us and Pacific lost the only game with us, correct?

Correct: SMC wins any tiebreaker with Pacific. SMC is our most likely semifinal opponent in virtually all scenarios.
