winter. Then when summer comes hike (find a good app and conquer different places), mountain bike, raft, etc. OUTDOORS BABY! (I also lift so that’s indoors but at least not sitting around the house). I just moved back to Utah and I made a change to go from dull indoor stuff and sittin around to getting outdoors. This past year I did all these things pretty consistently and it’s been so enriching. It’s helped me overcome some depression and has just made life more fulfilling. BTW, I work full-time with kids and am busy like anyone else. But, I made the goal to do these things and have found plenty of time while still balancing everything else. The only thing I’ve lost is not keeping up with as many TV shows and video games, which has been a great trade off for me.
