Sorry that was 2016. 2018 still didn't learn their lesson and played the 296th
rated non conference schedule. They again didn't leave the State of California in the non conference and only had 2 true road games in addition to going 1-2 at a tournament at Cal State Fullerton.
They were only included in roughly 1/3 of the final brackets on the bracket matrix:
