Do you know anyone who has done it? I have found that to be much
more helpful than books. I feel like I learned more in a couple conversations than in reading. But I’m sure there are good books out there I just haven’t read.
CB actually isn’t a bad place to ask detailed questions. There are quite a few RE investors on here.
