"The Real Estate Game" By Bill Poorvu. He taught the real estate class at Harvard for years. It's a book for
beginners, but it's written for people with some brains.
Too many real estate books are really just self help/motivational books. "You can make a million $ in RE... all you need to do is buy low and sell high." Those books are a complete waste of time.
