One ref has a clear sight on the shooter two, almost raises his hand and
doesn't. Then the refs didn't confer, as I have seen in other instances.
I am suggesting anyone who had a view on the play should input into the decision, it looks like one ref watched the play and called it the other way. Either way looks awful close to me.
