A couple of weeks ago, Harlan indicated that he was working
with a pair of "blue bloods, to schedule H/H series, sometime in the 2030s. There will likely be future announcemtns.
When he arrived in Utah, he said that he favored playing BYU, on an annual basis, but would do what was best for their program. He also is on record as saying he wants Utah to play 10 power conference teams, each year.
Utah/BYU are scheduled to play 7 times this decade (2029 is open). It's possible that they meet each other on fewer occasions in the 2030s.
