That's a very good point. Some things have gotten a bit better. For Rangers specifically, the one thing
that has actually pushed the fans to stop sectarian songs in the stands was EUFA forcing closed sections during games. For the critical game against Warsaw last year, Rangers had to close 4 stands and fans were left without tickets. Fans that start those chants now have been attacked by other fans, even stabbed 🙁
