Have a watchlist of great investments. Real Estate, Equities and other stuff. It's not likely at a good price right now. If you think it is at a good price, you should really spend a week or two inverting your thesis.

For me, there are some things in energy that are interesting to me, so I'm dabbling, but nothing major. They could for sure go down more. I made a pretty big bet on Twitter last quarter, but I'm looking to exit with some nice profits.

There will be a market cycle reverse. You don't know when, I don't think so anyway. The patient will be handsomely rewarded.
