I remember correctly. You can also get some with a shared bathroom instead of the bathroom for the whole floor. The dorms at helaman are layed out pretty well (at least in May Hall where I lived) and there were definite halves to the room so I never felt like my roommate was encroaching in my space. It's probably something he'll have to learn to deal with though, private rooms in Provo are hard to come by and expensive.
