Worse than calling someone that is falsely accusing someone of saying it.
Racial tensions are bad enough already. You only make it worse when you falsely accuse someone of using that racial slur. Not only is it racist, but now you add to it the fact that it's a lie that has potential to ruin another person.
I am convinced that Garrett made up a terribly destructive racial lie, and should be severely punished for it.
