looks nice too. I think the only reason I haven't pulled the trigger on getting it yet is that we have a barbecue place here in my town that makes amazing brisket. Every time I get a hankering for brisket it's just too easy to go pick up a pound. One of these days though I'll finally get one and start to learn.
